Welcome to urZONE ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the urZONE website, platform, applications, and services, including but not limited to web hosting services, social media features, fintech-related tools, and the sale of digital products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using urZONE, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use urZONE. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

2. Description of Services

  • Web Hosting: urZONE provides hosting services subject to fair use, server capacity, and technical limitations. Abuse, excessive resource usage, or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination.
  • Social Media Features: Users may upload content, interact with others, and participate in community features. All content must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • Fintech Tools: Any financial or wallet-related tools are provided for informational and transactional purposes only. urZONE is not a bank, broker, or licensed financial advisor.
  • Digital Products: We sell digital goods including, but not limited to, software, licenses, templates, media, and downloadable files.

3. User Accounts and Security

Certain Services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Digital Products and Refunds

All digital product sales are provided on an "as-is" basis. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by uploading content to urZONE, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Spam, phishing, or unauthorized advertising
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued use poses a risk to urZONE or its users.

9. Third-Party Services

urZONE may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, urZONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless urZONE, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of urZONE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
