After you have purchased your package, you are automatically issued a subdomain (https://’your-domain’.urzone.dpdns.org). You have a one hour grace period to fill out the form for us to create your package with your custom domain due to the 24 hour time period it takes for DNS and SSL to configure with your chosen domain name. * We do not issue domain names. We add your pre-purchased domain name to your package during production.* Once you passed your 1 hour grace period, it’s up to you to change your subdomain to your custom domain provided you chose the plan for conversion. We use Cloudflare for our DNS and NS record storage. Your options ( if you want a custom domain for your package) is to fill out the form with the necessary information to add your custom domain before your website goes into production. Or, we can add you and your custom domain (during or after the one hour grace period) to our Cloudflare Membership and you can configure your custom domain yourself using your CPanel and Cloudflare. (you still have the option to Cloudflare free membership). Video tutorials are placed at the bottom of the form for you to understand specific instructions on replacing your subdomain with your custom domain. Once again, you have one hour after purchase before the development of your package to either keep your subdomain or use a custom domain.
